Debbie has over 30 years of experience recruiting across HR, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Digital and Communications in Australia and the UK. She has worked with large ASX-listed organisations as well as start-ups and State and Federal government departments. Her clients describe her as proactive and dedicated, her commitment to developing strong connections with talent is in her nature.
Over six years ago, Debbie embarked on attaining further qualifications in Counselling and Career Development these tools have enabled her to partner with our Career Transition participants, a space she is truly passionate about. Debbie has an added lens that enables her to draw out transferrable skills and cultural alignment making the very best matches and a valuable asset to the Move team.
When she’s not busy making candidate and participant dreams come true, you’ll find her playing with Sid (her rescue dog) or COVID permitting, planning her travels to exotic destinations. It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it!
