About the Role
As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, ensuring efficient processing, compliance with legislation, and fair outcomes for all parties involved. You will assess new and ongoing claims, determine liability, and oversee statutory claims from initiation to resolution. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external providers, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate timely and effective claims management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the end-to-end management of workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assessing liability, authorising payments, and ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and internal policies.
