About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering quality projects on time.
  
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Oversee all stages of construction, from planning to completion.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Manage resources, materials and equipment effectively.
• Provide leadership and support to construction teams, fostering a positive work culture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain smooth project progress.

Our ideal fit:

• Completed trade cert – minimum CPC30220 and/or equivalent, AU recognized and licensed.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• A keen eye for quality and precision.
• Residential construction experience is preferred.
