About the role As the Executive Support Coordinator, you will be the CEO’s key support, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and streamline processes to keep everything running efficiently. Your organisational skills will directly contribute to the business, their values and their mission.
You will have a creative mind for social media and marketing, be skilled in capturing content, curating engaging posts, and amplifying brand reach. Your ability to raise 3RD Space’s profile, and commitment both visually and digitally will help connect more people to their cause. Some of the core deliverables in the role:
- Managing internal and external communications with professionalism and care
- Overseeing administrative functions and keeping their records organised
- Supporting payroll, reporting, and financial data entry
- Coordinating team meetings and taking minutes to keep initiatives moving forward
- Liaising with key stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, and community partners
- Supporting onboarding processes for new team members and volunteers
- Helping to organise special events that support their mission
- Ensuring IT systems and technology are running smoothly, coordinating support when needed
- Capturing and curating content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Developing creative marketing strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility

- Possess or be willing to obtain a valid Blue Card, National Police Check, and Queensland Driver’s Licence to ensure full compliance with organizational standards and responsibilities.
