About the role
This role sits within a dynamic and multiskilled ICT team, seamlessly integrated within the broader finance department. The team is led by a seasoned leader with over 20 years of senior and executive experience, bringing a wealth of expertise in delivering large-scale IT systems, infrastructure, and transformational projects across various industries in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performing, secure network infrastructures. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, senior management, and external vendors to deliver tailored solutions that ensure seamless operations. This position offers opportunities to lead projects independently, mentor team members, and address complex technical challenges while supporting a diverse workforce with varying levels of technical literacy and language proficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining secure and scalable networks.
- Deploying and managing cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS.
- Ensuring network security by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing robust protocols.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align network solutions with business goals.
- Leading network-related projects from planning to execution.
- Providing expert technical support and troubleshooting.
