Support a purpose-driven aged care provider with recruitment & onboarding. Temp role with perm potential, great culture, hybrid work & onsite parking
About the Company
Join a large, purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation delivering compassionate care and support across multiple residential and community aged care sites. With a strong reputation for excellence and a genuine commitment to enriching lives, this organisation fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture. Their mission is deeply rooted in community impact—providing care that truly makes a difference.
About the Role
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support the Recruitment Lead in delivering timely and efficient recruitment outcomes for critical frontline and support roles. This is a 3-month temporary assignment with strong potential to become permanent.
Day to day, you’ll be posting job advertisements, conducting phone screens, shortlisting candidates, and handing over top talent to the Recruitment Lead for interview. From there, you’ll take the reins on compliance and onboarding—issuing contracts, managing pre-employment checks, and ensuring a smooth and compliant process for new starters across residential aged care, community care, and hospitality services such as cleaning and cooking. You'll play a vital part in enabling quality care by ensuring the right people are in place, on time, and ready to deliver.
This role starts on-site for the first few weeks (5 days per week) to allow you to build relationships, learn internal systems and processes, and embed yourself with the team. Following this induction period, the role will move to a hybrid model.
About You
You’re a confident and capable recruitment professional who’s comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You bring a warm, collaborative energy and know how to balance candidate care with compliance requirements. With experience in aged care or blue-collar recruitment, you’re familiar with the pace, the importance of detail, and the real-world impact of getting it right.
Your tech skills are solid—ideally, you’ve used Workday or a similar system—and you're comfortable managing contracts, onboarding, and compliance end-to-end. You're not afraid to pick up the phone, and you take pride in delivering a smooth, professional candidate experience. A relevant qualification in HR or a related field is great, but practical experience will count just as much. Importantly, you'll also need to have at least one COVID-19 vaccination in line with aged care compliance standards.
Why Move
This is more than just a contract role—it’s an opportunity to embed yourself in a people-first organisation known for its genuine culture, flexibility, and purpose-led work. The team is welcoming, supportive, and passionate about what they do.
There’s free onsite parking, attractive hourly rates - commensurate with experience, and a clear path toward permanency for someone who thrives in the role. You’ll be supported from day one, with a comprehensive induction and a team that genuinely cares about your success. If you're looking for meaningful work in a positive environment where no two days are the same—this could be your next Move.
