About the role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a small, supportive safety team, guided by a proactive and hands-on Safety and Wellbeing Manager. You’ll manage work-related and non-work-related injury claims, ensuring seamless internal and external stakeholder engagement. With a solid handover provided, you’ll hit the ground running, applying your expertise to deliver meaningful support and outcomes.
- Manage injury claims with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including WorkCover.
- Ensure compliance and effective communication throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate closely with a small safety team to deliver best-practice outcomes.
About you
To excel in this role, you’ll bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing injury claims, coupled with a proactive approach and a can-do attitude. Your excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will set you apart, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.
