About the Role
The
Operations Manager will report directly to the CEO and handle a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. This role involves managing facilities, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while also providing high-level administrative support. You will be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency and overseeing the concierge team, all while managing day-to-day tasks such as inductions, maintenance coordination, and ensuring the business runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee key administrative functions, including inductions and checks for new starters.
- Manage WHS risk assessments, contingent planning, and checklists for new employees.
- Stock management and ensuring facilities are well maintained.
- Coordinate building maintenance, manage facility repairs, and oversee any areas that need to be shut down or have equipment moved.
- Oversee and support the concierge team in daily operations and address challenges as they arise.
- Address operational challenges, driving efficiency and ensuring timely problem resolution.
This role is a
temporary position for 2 months, starting as soon as possible.
About You
We’re looking for an adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
You will have:
- Previous experience in operations, facilities management, or similar administrative roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage both high-level tasks and daily operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and work with the concierge team effectively.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to resolving operational challenges.
