About the role
This role presents a great opportunity to assist with payroll administration within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing payroll processing, timekeeping, and data entry. Your duties will include:
- Processing time adders into the payroll system (Micropay)
- Extracting and processing reports into the system
- Excel data entry
- Providing ongoing support for the active project
About you To excel in this role, you will bring experience in payroll administration, along with a foundational understanding of payroll-related legislation. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong proficiency in Excel and systems management
- Previous payroll experience is advantageous but not essential
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Micropay experience is a plus, though not required
