Her tenure at CPB Contractors further solidified her expertise in industrial relations, where she managed employment matters across multiple regions, represented businesses in the Fair Work Commission, and developed strategies that have saved organisations millions in legal fees and operational risks.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Kirsty is deeply committed to fostering sustainable workplace practices. She has contributed her expertise to multiple boards and committees, including the Master Builders Association Industrial Relations Committee and the Brisbane Youth Service Board.
