With immigration policy reform making headlines and regulatory shifts reshaping workforce strategies, there's never been a more critical time to come together and unpack what this means for business. We’re thrilled to announce that the incredible Ashley Croxford will be hosting our next HR & Safety Round Table on Tuesday 29th April 2025.

Ashley is no stranger to complexity or transformation. With more than 17 years of experience spanning mining, engineering, higher education, professional services, and telecommunications, she’s a standout leader in the Global Mobility and HR space. Her career has taken her across continents, industries, and high-stakes projects, always with a focus on building people-centric frameworks that drive business strategy forward.

Currently serving as Global Mobility Manager at The University of Queensland, Ashley leads a team dedicated to navigating international and domestic relocations, remote work policy, immigration, and compliance across one of Australia’s top universities. Before this, she led mobility functions for organisations like JBS, Arup, and Rio Tinto, and held senior roles at PwC and Vale.

But what truly sets Ashley apart is her ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution. Whether she’s redesigning global frameworks, advising on international legislation, or speaking on FEM and TEMI panels, she brings clarity, connection, and a wealth of knowledge to every room she enters.

Ashley is a recognised thought leader and regular contributor to industry conversations. When she speaks, people take notes.

And next week, she’ll be leading a timely conversation on:

Immigration Changes and What That Means for Organisations and Key Industries.

This round table will dive into the shifting landscape of skilled migration, sponsorship, and compliance—and how organisations can stay ahead of the curve.

💡 Here’s what’s on the agenda:
